Questions about buying Vaulted plans for friends and family.

What are the gift purchase terms?

• Must be redeemed by 60 days to receive the full plan duration.

• If not redeemed by 60th day, the plan duration will automatically begin on 61st day.

• One time purchase, does not renew automatically.

• Non refundable.

• Once redeemed, cannot be transferred to another account.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen certificate.

• Not for resale.

Is there an expiry on gift purchase?

Yes, gift certificate must be redeemed by 60 days to receive the full plan duration.

Example:

If you purchased the gift certificate on April 1st 2020 for 1 year plan duration, you must redeem by May 30th 2020 (60 days from purchase date) to receive the full 1 year plan duration benefit. If you do not redeem by May 30th 2020, plan duration clock will begin on May 31st 2020 and expire May 30th 2021. However you may redeem at anytime during this period for partial duration benefit.

Can gift certificate be transferred to another account?

No, once redeemed we cannot transfer gift certificates to another account. We are not responsible for lost or stolen certificate.

I redeemed a gift certificate, can I upgrade my plan?

Yes, but you must contact us first to upgrade to higher plans. Please contact us here https://vaulted.app/contact-us

I redeemed the gift certificate, can the plan be paused?

No, once redeemed or when the plan duration starts, we cannot pause the plan.
