Whats the difference between Free version vs Free trial?

The Free version allows you to store passwords and access other limited functionalities for free, at no cost.

The Free trial provides access to paid features to try our product before purchasing our paid plans.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, we do offer a free trial to paid features to try our product before purchasing our paid plans. Please note, the trial includes limited access to paid features such as limited number of records to test our features.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Login to your Vaulted account. Go to "Account Settings" > "Subscriptions" and click on Cancel subscription. Your subscription will not auto-renew at expiry, however you can continue to access the plan benefits until the plan expiration date.

Is the purchase refundable?

No, we do not offer refunds on plan purchases (both subscription or one-time). We offer a free trial to paid features to try our product before purchasing.

Can I upgrade my plan?

Yes, but you must contact us first to upgrade to higher plans. Please contact us here https://vaulted.app/contact-us

Can I downgrade my plan?

No, you cannot downgrade to a lesser plan.

Can the plan be transferred to another account?

No, once purchased we cannot transfer your subscription to another account.

Can the subscription plan be paused?

No, once your subscription starts, we cannot pause the plan.
